We understand that sometimes the items you receive are just not what you had hoped for. That’s ok!! We want you to be happy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, then you may return your item, subject to certain rules and stipulations which are provided on this page.
We aim to provide an easy ‘No Hassle’ returns procedure. Please read this information and follow the instructions to return your products.
Have You Received the Wrong Item?
Don’t hassle. We want to make it right with you. If the product shipped is not the product ordered we will get you a replacement shipped at no charge.
Simply call our customer service center at 704-890-4899 or 704-308-0870 during normal business hours. A customer care representative will help you. You will need to let the representative know which item you received, the item you were supposed to receive, and the original order number.
We will automatically ship you a replacement product and a return shipping label for the incorrectly received items at no cost. It’s that easy!
Checking Your Eligibility for a Return:
The following our policies for handling returns.
Generally, all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The following exceptions apply:
We do not accept returns of products purchased from other organizations.
All Jewelry must be returned within 10 Days of receipt.
Seasonal products such as Christmas Trees, Ornaments etc. may not be returned after the date of the appropriate seasonal holiday. For example, Christmas trees cannot be returned after December 25th.
Software, Movies, DVDs, CDs and Electronics may only be returned if the item is unopened, all seals and packaging intact. If the item has been opened in any way, the product cannot be returned. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
Food, beauty, spa and perishable products are non-refundable due to health and hygienic reasons.
All sales of downloadable items including movies and music products are final and non-returnable.
Any item not in compliance with the above policies will attract a 50% restocking fee provided it is returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
All items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Incomplete items, or items received that are not in new and unused condition will be not be accepted.
We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of customer receipt as shown by the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. If a problem develops after 30 days of receipt, the manufacturer’s standard warranty applies.
Customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. For this reason we strongly recommend that you insure your return. Refunds are only issued once the item has been received at our returns processing centers.
Payment of refunds is made by the same method as the original order.
Your Return may take approximately 5 business days to process.
After your refund is issued it may take 2 – 3 business days to show on your credit card account, and in some cases the card issuing institution may take up to two billing cycles. We are not responsible for your financial institution’s credit policy. Once we have confirmed the refund you will need to contact your financial institution with further questions on when your account will be credited.
Paypal returns are credited instantly to your account.
What happens if a problem develops after 30 days?
The responsibility for all customer service issues after 30 days is with the product manufacturer. We will work with you to make sure the manufacturer is aware of your issue and is providing you with customer service.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every product you buy from LifeRock Christian Store is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty. LifeRock Christian Store’s 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. LifeRock Christian Store’s 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or LifeRock Christian Store.
- Special Perishable & Food Returns Information
Due to logistic and health reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable food products, vitamins, supplements or beverages. These products will be guaranteed as fit for use for 60 days from purchase by LifeRock Christian Store. This LifeRock Christian Store guarantee may be different to the guarantee of freshness given by the manufacturer. Should the manufacturer have a differing policy, then it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly. Should your perishable food product expire within 60 days of the date of purchase, LifeRock Christian Store will exchange it for a replacement item of the same type. If no replacement item is available, a refund or store credit will be offered. This guarantee of freshness applies from the order lodgment date, not from the delivery date of the produce. Customers are recommended to choose an express method of shipping to maximize the shelf life of ordered products.
- Special Software, Movie and Music Returns Information
Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software, DVDs, videos or music once a package has been opened. Defective software, DVDs, videos or music will be exchanged for the same title only according to LifeRock Christian Store’s limited 30 day warranty described above.
- Special Apparel &Footwear Returns Information
Due to health and hygienic reasons, shoes, apparel and other items that come into contact with your direct body will only be accepted for return if they are unused. Clothing may be exchanged for an alternate size should you have ordered the wrong size, and if the product is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original labels, boxes and packaging.
Items confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or LifeRock Christian Store will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacturer’s warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. LifeRock Christian Store will assist customers whenever reasonably possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please follow the instructions included in your package. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the order or invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without the return form included in your shipment, or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. Please note, SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES are not refundable & restocking fees may apply.
